The rotary oil pump shall be mounted on the foundation and secured with bolts, nuts, washers and locking nuts. After installation, the pump must be carefully wiped clean with a cleaning cloth.

 

Before starting the rotary oil pump, it is necessary to wash with vacuum oil and then inject the required amount of pump. When the pump motor is connected with the circuit, we must make sure that the direction of rotation of the motor belt han is correct.

 

To this end, the drive belt must be removed from the rotary oil pump pulley, and then connected to the motor. If the direction of the motor pulley rotation is consistent with the direction indicated by the pointer on the pump cover, it is correct to switch on the motor (if standing against the motor, the pulley should rotate clockwise).

 

After the motor stops rotating, put on the drive belt, tighten it with fastening bolts screwed on the slide board, and finally secure the motor (the pump inlet pipe should be sealed at this time).

After that, the pump pulley must be rotated by hand for several turns, and then the pump is connected, and the limit caused by the pump is measured. In order to prevent oil from splashing out from the pump, do not put the pump through all at once, but in a short time interval, the motor is intermittently connected several times, and the pump rotor rotation is not more than half a revolution at each time interval.

 

In order to limit the side load, the manometer should be directly connected to the rotary oil pump inlet pipe.
